Air Fried Apple Wedges (Print)

Tender apple wedges with spiced coating and creamy caramel dip.

# Ingredients:

→ Apple Wedges

01 - 3 large apples (Honeycrisp or Granny Smith), sliced into wedges
02 - 1 tablespoon melted butter
03 - 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
04 - 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

→ Caramel Whipped Cream Dipping Sauce

05 - ½ cup heavy whipping cream
06 - 2 tablespoons caramel sauce
07 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
08 - Optional: extra caramel drizzle

# Directions:

01 - Preheat your air fryer to 190°C. In a large bowl, toss the apple wedges with melted butter. In a small bowl, combine sugar and cinnamon, then evenly sprinkle the mixture over the apples. Arrange the apple wedges in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Air fry for 8–10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the apples are tender and slightly crisp.
02 - In a mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form. Gently fold in the caramel sauce and vanilla extract until well combined.
03 - Serve the warm apple wedges with the caramel whipped cream dipping sauce on the side. Drizzle extra caramel over the top if desired.
