Air Fryer Apple Chips Snack (Print)

Crispy apple slices coated in cinnamon sugar, made effortlessly in your air fryer.

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 large apples, such as Granny Smith or Honeycrisp
02 - 1 tsp lemon juice
03 - 1 tbsp granulated sugar
04 - 1 tsp ground cinnamon

# Directions:

01 - Wash and core the apples. Slice them thinly, approximately 1/8 inch thick, using a mandoline or a sharp knife.
02 - In a large bowl, toss the apple slices with lemon juice.
03 - Combine granulated sugar and ground cinnamon in a small bowl.
04 - Sprinkle the cinnamon sugar mixture evenly over the apple slices, tossing to coat thoroughly.
05 - Set the air fryer to 300°F (150°C) and preheat for 3 minutes.
06 - Place the apple slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Work in batches if necessary. Air fry for 15-20 minutes, flipping the slices halfway through, until they are crisp and golden brown. Monitor closely to avoid burning.
07 - Remove the apple chips from the air fryer and let them cool completely. They will become crisp as they cool. Serve as a healthy snack.
