Air Fryer Brussels Sprouts (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 12 ounces Brussels sprouts.
02 - 1 tablespoon olive oil.
03 - 1/4 teaspoon salt.
04 - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper.
05 - Pinch of red pepper flakes (optional).

# Instructions:

01 - Trim stems and remove outer leaves. Cut sprouts in half lengthwise.
02 - Cover halved sprouts with hot tap water in a bowl. Let soak for 15 minutes.
03 - Set air fryer to 375°F.
04 - Drain sprouts well. Toss with oil, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes if using.
05 - Place sprouts in a single layer in air fryer basket. Cook for 12 minutes at 375°F, shaking halfway through.
06 - Transfer to a plate and serve hot while still crispy.

# Notes:

01 - Soaking reduces bitterness and helps sprouts cook evenly.
02 - For smaller air fryers, cook in batches or increase time, shaking often.
