08 - 1 1/2 tablespoons garlic powder.
09 - 1 1/2 tablespoons paprika.

12 - BBQ sauce for dipping.

# Instructions:

01 - Spray the air fryer basket lightly with cooking oil.
02 - Mix buttermilk, lemon juice, 1 tablespoon salt, and pepper in a bowl.
03 - Cut chicken into 1/2-inch thick, 3-4 inch long strips. Soak in marinade for 1 hour to overnight in the fridge.
04 - Combine flour, baking powder, garlic powder, paprika, and 1 teaspoon salt. Add 1/4 cup marinade to create lumps.
05 - Remove chicken from marinade, let excess drip off. Coat thoroughly in flour mixture.
06 - Place 4-5 tenders in air fryer. Spray with cooking oil. Cook at 350°F for 6 minutes, flip, cook 6 more minutes until golden and 165°F inside.
07 - Repeat with remaining tenders. Garnish with parsley if desired. Serve hot with BBQ sauce.

# Notes:

01 - Keep cooked tenders warm in a 250°F oven while finishing batches.
02 - Adding marinade to the flour mixture creates extra crunchy bits on the chicken.
