Air Fryer Crab Rangoon (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 30 square wonton wrappers.
02 - 8 ounces cream cheese, room temperature.
03 - 4 ounces lump crab meat or imitation crab.
04 - 2 tablespoons minced scallions.
05 - 2 teaspoons soy sauce.
06 - Nonstick cooking spray.
07 - 1/4 cup soy sauce for dipping.
08 - 1 tablespoon sesame oil.
09 - 1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar.
10 - Sesame seeds for garnish.
11 - Red pepper flakes for garnish.

# Instructions:

01 - Mix cream cheese, crab, scallions and soy sauce until well combined.
02 - Place filling in center of wrapper, wet edges, crimp corners to center to form dumpling shape.
03 - Cook at 350°F for 6 minutes until crispy and golden brown.
04 - Combine soy sauce, sesame oil, and rice vinegar. Garnish with sesame seeds and pepper flakes.
05 - Let cool briefly and serve immediately with dipping sauce.

# Notes:

01 - Can make 6-7 wontons per batch.
02 - Can be assembled 1 day ahead.
03 - Best eaten immediately.
