Air Fryer Egg Rolls (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 tablespoon olive oil.
02 - 1 pound ground pork or chicken.
03 - 1 clove garlic, minced.
04 - 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated.
05 - 1 medium carrot, shredded.
06 - 3 scallions, chopped.
07 - 3 cups green cabbage, shredded.
08 - 1 tablespoon soy sauce.
09 - 1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar.
10 - 12 egg roll wrappers.
11 - Oil for brushing.
12 - Duck sauce for dipping (optional).
13 - Plum sauce for dipping (optional).
14 - Soy sauce for dipping (optional).

# Instructions:

01 - Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add ground meat and cook until no longer pink, about 6-8 minutes. Add garlic, ginger, carrot, scallions, and cabbage. Cook for 3-4 minutes until cabbage wilts. Season with soy sauce and rice wine vinegar. Remove from heat and let cool.
02 - Place an egg roll wrapper diamond-shaped on a dry surface. Add 1/4 cup filling to the center. Wet the edges with water, fold sides over the center, and roll tightly. Repeat for all egg rolls.
03 - Place egg rolls in the air fryer basket without overcrowding. Lightly brush or spray with oil.
04 - Air fry at 350°F for 6-7 minutes. Flip egg rolls, brush with oil again, and cook for another 4-5 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
05 - Serve immediately with your choice of dipping sauce.

# Notes:

01 - These air fryer egg rolls offer a healthier alternative to traditional deep-fried versions. They're crispy on the outside and filled with a savory meat and vegetable mixture.
02 - If you don't have an air fryer, you can pan-fry these egg rolls in about 1/2 inch of oil at 350°F for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown.
