Air Fryer French Fries (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 1/2 pounds russet potatoes.
02 - 2 teaspoons canola or vegetable oil.
03 - 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary or 1 teaspoon dried.
04 - 1/2 teaspoon fine sea salt.
05 - 1/4 teaspoon fresh black pepper.

# Instructions:

01 - Cut potatoes into 1/4-1/2 inch strips, soak in ice water for 1-24 hours.
02 - Heat air fryer to 390°F for about 15 minutes.
03 - Thoroughly dry potatoes, toss with oil, rosemary, salt and pepper.
04 - Cook for 10 minutes, then toss to redistribute.
05 - Cook additional 10-12 minutes until crispy, removing any overly brown pieces.
06 - Let cool briefly, adjust seasonings if needed.

# Notes:

01 - Can soak potatoes up to 24 hours in fridge.
02 - Leftovers can be reheated in hot skillet.
03 - Fries crisp up more as they cool.
