Cut potatoes into 1/4-1/2 inch strips, soak in ice water for 1-24 hours.

Heat air fryer to 390°F for about 15 minutes.

Thoroughly dry potatoes, toss with oil, rosemary, salt and pepper.

Cook for 10 minutes, then toss to redistribute.

Cook additional 10-12 minutes until crispy, removing any overly brown pieces.
