In a large bowl, mix mayonnaise, parmesan cheese, olive oil, Montreal chicken seasoning, garlic powder, cajun seasoning, and smoked paprika until smooth.

Add chicken pieces to the marinade and coat thoroughly. Set aside.

In a separate bowl, combine butter, parsley, minced garlic, parmesan cheese, garlic salt, and black pepper until well mixed.

Thread the marinated chicken pieces onto skewers. Ensure the skewers fit into your air fryer and trim if necessary.

Preheat the air fryer to 400°F. Spray with olive oil spray. Add the skewers and cook for 8 minutes.

Brush the top of the skewers with the butter mixture, then flip and baste the other side.

Cook for an additional 8 minutes or until the internal temperature of the chicken reaches 165°F.
