Air Fryer Hamburgers (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1/2 cup mayonnaise.
02 - 2 tablespoons ketchup.
03 - 2 tablespoons minced pickles.
04 - 1 pound ground beef.
05 - 3/4 teaspoon kosher salt.
06 - 1/2 teaspoon black pepper.
07 - 4 ounces Cheddar cheese, sliced.
08 - 3 hamburger buns.
09 - Lettuce leaves.
10 - Sliced tomato.
11 - Sliced red onion.
12 - Cooking spray.

# Instructions:

01 - Mix mayo, ketchup, and minced pickles in a bowl. Chill until needed.
02 - Divide beef into 3 equal parts. Form into patties slightly larger than buns, about 1/2 inch thick. Make a thumb indent in center.
03 - Sprinkle salt and pepper on both sides of each patty.
04 - Add 1 cup water to air fryer bottom. Spray basket with cooking spray.
05 - Air fry at 350°F for 8 minutes. Add cheese, cook 1-2 minutes more until melted.
06 - Optional: Toast buns in air fryer for 1 minute.
07 - Build burgers with sauce, lettuce, tomato, and onion on toasted buns.

# Notes:

01 - No need to flip burgers while cooking.
02 - Water in air fryer prevents smoking.
