Air Fryer Hash Browns (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 cups Yukon potatoes, grated.
02 - 1/4 tsp paprika.
03 - 1/4 tsp garlic powder.
04 - 1/4 tsp kosher salt.
05 - 1/8 tsp black pepper.
06 - Nonstick cooking spray.
07 - Chives or parsley for garnish.

# Instructions:

01 - Peel and grate the potatoes using a box grater's large holes.
02 - Put grated potatoes in a bowl of cold water. Rinse a few times until water is clear. Drain well.
03 - Spread potatoes on paper towels and pat dry thoroughly.
04 - In a big bowl, mix potatoes with paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
05 - Spray the air fryer basket with nonstick spray.
06 - Spread potatoes in the basket, spray lightly with oil. Air fry at 350°F for 8 minutes.
07 - Open basket, stir potatoes gently. Break up any clumps.
08 - Air fry again for 6-8 minutes until very crispy.
09 - Plate hash browns, sprinkle with chives or parsley. Great with eggs!.

# Notes:

01 - Preheating the air fryer isn't required, but you can if your manual suggests it.
02 - You can rinse potatoes in a colander, but some might slip through the holes.
