Air Fryer Pork Belly Bites (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 ½ pounds pork belly, patted dry and cut into 1-inch pieces
02 - 3 tablespoons canola oil
03 - 1 tablespoon brown sugar
04 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
05 - 1 teaspoon kosher salt
06 - 1 teaspoon black pepper

# Instructions:

01 - Set the air fryer to 400°F to preheat.
02 - In a large bowl, combine canola oil, brown sugar, garlic powder, kosher salt, and black pepper.
03 - Add the pork belly pieces to the bowl and toss until each piece is evenly coated in the oil mixture.
04 - Place the coated pork belly pieces in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook in batches if necessary to avoid overcrowding.
05 - Air fry the pork belly cubes for 18-20 minutes, shaking and flipping the pieces a couple of times during the cooking process. Adjust cooking time based on the size of the pork belly pieces and the air fryer.
06 - Remove the pork belly bites from the air fryer and serve warm.
