Air Fryer Salmon (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 4 salmon fillets (4-5 oz each), skin-on.
02 - 1 tbsp olive oil.
03 - 1 tsp lemon pepper (or 1/2 tsp black pepper and 1 tsp lemon zest).
04 - 1/2 tsp kosher salt.
05 - 1/4 tsp black pepper.
06 - Nonstick cooking spray.
07 - Lemon wedges for serving.

# Instructions:

01 - Lightly coat the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
02 - Put salmon on a plate, skin down. Drizzle with oil and sprinkle on lemon pepper, salt, and pepper.
03 - Place salmon in the basket, not touching. You can put it skin up or down. Add lemon slices under each piece if you like.
04 - Air fry at 350°F for about 8 minutes. It's done when it hits 135-140°F inside. Cook longer if you want it more well-done.
05 - Plate the salmon and serve with lemon wedges for squeezing over top.

# Notes:

01 - You can preheat the air fryer if your manual says to, but it's not required.
02 - Leftover salmon keeps in the fridge for up to 3 days.
