Air Fryer Steak Perfection (Print)

Cook tender and flavorful steak easily using an air fryer in minutes.

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 steaks (1-inch thick ribeye, sirloin, or striploin)
02 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
03 - 1 tablespoon salted butter, melted
04 - Steak seasoning to taste
05 - 2 tablespoons steak butter or garlic herb butter (optional)

# Directions:

01 - Remove steaks from the fridge at least 30 minutes before cooking to allow them to come to room temperature for even cooking.
02 - Preheat your air fryer to 400°F.
03 - Rub steaks with olive oil and melted butter, then season generously on both sides with your favorite steak seasoning.
04 - Place steaks in the air fryer basket and cook for 8-12 minutes, flipping halfway through. Adjust cooking time depending on desired doneness.
05 - Remove steaks and transfer to a plate. Rest for at least 5 minutes before slicing to lock in juices.
06 - Top with garlic herb butter or steak butter if desired, then serve hot.
