Air Fryer Chicken Wings (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 3 pounds chicken wings.
02 - 3 teaspoons baking powder.
03 - 2 teaspoons kosher salt.
04 - 2 tablespoons gochujang.
05 - 2 tablespoons soy sauce.
06 - 1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar.
07 - 2 teaspoons sesame oil.
08 - 1 teaspoon sugar.
09 - 3 tablespoons melted butter.
10 - 1 cup mayonnaise.
11 - 1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil.
12 - 3/4 teaspoon sugar for sauce.
13 - 1/8 teaspoon Sriracha.
14 - Scallions and sesame seeds for garnish.
15 - Cucumber and radish for serving.

# Instructions:

01 - Coat wings with baking powder and salt, refrigerate uncovered 6-24 hours.
02 - Air fry at 380°F for 25 minutes in batches, shaking every 5 minutes.
03 - Mix gochujang sauce ingredients and sesame mayo separately.
04 - Increase to 400°F for 5 minutes to crisp.
05 - Toss with warm butter-gochujang sauce.
06 - Garnish with scallions and sesame seeds, serve with dips and vegetables.

01 - Baking powder trick optional but recommended.
02 - Don't overcrowd air fryer.
03 - Can use any wing sauce.
