Amish Country Casserole (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 12 oz medium egg noodles.
02 - 1 pound lean ground beef.
03 - 1 medium onion, diced.
04 - 2 cloves garlic, minced.
05 - 1 can condensed tomato soup.
06 - 1 can cream of mushroom soup.
07 - 1 cup milk.
08 - 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce.
09 - ½ teaspoon salt.
10 - ¼ teaspoon black pepper.
11 - ¼ teaspoon garlic powder.
12 - 2 tablespoons dried onion flakes.
13 - ¼ cup Parmesan cheese, grated.

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oven to 350°F. Grease 9x13-inch baking dish.
02 - Boil egg noodles in salted water until al dente according to package. Drain well.
03 - Brown beef with onion 5-7 minutes. Add garlic, cook 1 minute more. Drain fat.
04 - Mix soups, milk, Worcestershire sauce and seasonings in large bowl.
05 - Stir beef and noodles into sauce mixture. Transfer to baking dish and top with Parmesan.
06 - Cook uncovered 25-30 minutes until bubbly. Let rest 5 minutes before serving.
