03 - 1 large apple, peeled and finely diced

07 - 1 tsp vanilla extract

# Directions:

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×9-inch baking dish.
02 - Whisk together cottage cheese, eggs, maple syrup, and vanilla extract in a large bowl.
