Apple Cranberry Coleslaw (Print)

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 400g (14 ounce) three color coleslaw mix
02 - 1 large apple, chopped
03 - 75g (1/2 cup) dried cranberries
04 - 60g (1/2 cup) chopped walnuts
05 - 4 green onions, thinly sliced

→ Dressing

06 - 175g (3/4 cup) mayonnaise
07 - 175g (3/4 cup) plain yogurt or sour cream
08 - 85g (1/4 cup) honey
09 - 3/4 teaspoon dried ground ginger

# Directions:

01 - In a large bowl, combine the coleslaw mix, chopped apple, dried cranberries, chopped walnuts, and sliced green onions.
02 - In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, yogurt or sour cream, honey, and ground ginger until smooth and well incorporated.
03 - Pour the dressing over the coleslaw mixture and toss gently until all ingredients are evenly coated.

# Notes:

01 - For best flavor, refrigerate the coleslaw for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
