01 - 4 large Honeycrisp apples, cut into cubes
02 - 2 ribs celery, thinly sliced
03 - 1 cup seedless red grapes, halved
04 - ½ cup dried cranberries
05 - ½ cup chopped pecans
06 - 1 lemon, juiced
07 - ⅓ cup mayonnaise
08 - 1 ½ tablespoons brown sugar

# Directions:

01 - Pour lemon juice over the chopped apples and mix well to coat all pieces. This prevents browning.
02 - In a large bowl, combine mayonnaise and brown sugar until smooth.
03 - Add the lemon-coated apples, celery, grapes, cranberries, and pecans to the bowl with the dressing. Gently toss until all ingredients are evenly coated.
04 - Cover the bowl and refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld.
