Moist and fluffy applesauce bread (Print)

Soft applesauce bread with spice and pecans. Easy and delicious for all occasions.

# Ingredients:

→ Wet Ingredients

01 - 1 ¼ cups applesauce
02 - 1 cup white sugar
03 - ½ cup vegetable oil
04 - 2 large eggs
05 - 3 tablespoons milk

→ Dry Ingredients

06 - 2 cups all-purpose flour
07 - 1 teaspoon baking soda
08 - ½ teaspoon baking powder
09 - ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
10 - ¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg
11 - ¼ teaspoon ground allspice
12 - ¼ teaspoon salt
13 - ½ cup chopped pecans

# Directions:

01 - Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F). Lightly grease a 23 x 13 cm (9x5 inch) loaf pan.
02 - In a large bowl, combine applesauce, sugar, vegetable oil, eggs, and milk. Beat well until fully combined.
03 - Sift in the all-purpose flour, baking soda, baking powder, ground cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice, and salt. Stir until a smooth batter forms.
04 - Fold the chopped pecans into the batter gently to distribute evenly.
05 - Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan, smoothing the surface if necessary.
06 - Bake in the preheated oven for about 1 hour, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
