# Instructions:

01 - Toast the whole-grain or sourdough bread slices until golden brown. Mash the avocados in a bowl and mix in lemon juice.
02 - Top one slice of toasted bread with mashed avocado. Add halved cherry tomatoes evenly over the avocado.
03 - Spread mashed avocado over another slice of toast. Sprinkle crumbled feta cheese on top.
04 - Layer scrambled eggs over a slice of avocado toast, distributing evenly.
05 - Spread mashed avocado on the last slice of toast and top with sautéed garlic mushrooms.
