Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish.

In a large skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef and onion until browned. Drain excess grease. Stir in garlic powder, salt, pepper, ketchup, and mustard.

Break ramen noodles into large chunks. Boil for 2–3 minutes until slightly softened (they will finish cooking in the oven). Drain.

In a large bowl, mix partially cooked noodles, beef mixture, crumbled bacon, milk, sour cream, and half of the shredded cheese.

Spread mixture into prepared baking dish. Top with remaining cheese. Bake for 20–25 minutes, until hot and bubbly.

Let cool slightly before serving. Optional: sprinkle chopped pickles on top for that classic cheeseburger flavor.
