Bacon Cheeseburger Ramen Bake (Print)

A cozy bake blending bacon, beef, ramen, and cheddar into a savory delight.

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 packs instant ramen noodles, uncooked (discard seasoning packets)
02 - 1 lb ground beef
03 - 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
04 - 1 small onion, diced
05 - 1 cup shredded cheddar-style cheese
06 - ½ cup milk
07 - ½ cup sour cream
08 - 1 tbsp ketchup
09 - 1 tsp mustard
10 - ½ tsp garlic powder
11 - Salt & black pepper, to taste
12 - Optional: chopped pickles for topping

# Directions:

01 - Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish.
02 - In a large skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef and onion until browned. Drain excess grease. Stir in garlic powder, salt, pepper, ketchup, and mustard.
03 - Break ramen noodles into large chunks. Boil for 2–3 minutes until slightly softened (they will finish cooking in the oven). Drain.
04 - In a large bowl, mix partially cooked noodles, beef mixture, crumbled bacon, milk, sour cream, and half of the shredded cheese.
05 - Spread mixture into prepared baking dish. Top with remaining cheese. Bake for 20–25 minutes, until hot and bubbly.
06 - Let cool slightly before serving. Optional: sprinkle chopped pickles on top for that classic cheeseburger flavor.
