# Ingredients:

01 - 5 oz shredded parmesan
02 - 3 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled
03 - 1/2 tsp garlic powder
04 - 1/2 tsp onion powder
05 - 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
06 - 1/2 tsp coarse kosher salt

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 400°F.
02 - In a bowl, mix together the shredded parmesan, crumbled bacon, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, and kosher salt.
03 - Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
04 - Scoop tablespoonfuls of the cheese mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, forming small mounds, and gently flatten each mound.
05 - Bake in the preheated oven for 4-5 minutes until the mixture is melted and browned on top.
06 - Allow the crisps to cool completely on the baking sheet before serving.
