Baileys Irish Cream Brownies (Print)

# Ingredients:

→ Brownie Base

01 - 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
02 - 1 cup granulated sugar
03 - 2 large eggs
04 - 1/3 cup Baileys Irish Cream
05 - 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
06 - 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
07 - 1/4 teaspoon salt

→ Frosting

08 - 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
09 - 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
10 - 2 tablespoons Baileys Irish Cream
11 - 1 to 2 tablespoons heavy cream

→ Optional Chocolate Drizzle

12 - 1/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted

# Directions:

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease or line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper to prevent sticking.
02 - In a large mixing bowl, whisk together melted butter and granulated sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in Baileys Irish Cream until completely incorporated.
03 - In a separate bowl, sift together all-purpose flour, unsweetened cocoa powder, and salt. Gradually fold dry ingredients into the wet mixture, mixing until just combined. Avoid overmixing to ensure tender brownies.
