Baileys Chocolate Truffles (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs.
02 - 2 cups pecans (divided).
03 - 1 cup dark chocolate chips.
04 - 1/2 cup powdered sugar.
05 - 1/4 cup condensed milk.
06 - 3/4 cup Baileys Irish Cream.

# Instructions:

01 - Grind pecans to coarse sand texture in food processor.
02 - Combine 1 cup ground pecans with graham crumbs.
03 - Melt chocolate. Mix in sugar, condensed milk, and Baileys. Stir in crumb mixture.
04 - Cover and refrigerate 1 hour.
05 - Roll into balls, coat in remaining pecans.

# Notes:

01 - Chill if too soft to roll.
02 - Keeps 1 week refrigerated.
03 - Can use different nuts.
