Baja Blast Inspired Cocktail (Print)

Citrusy Baja Blast cocktail with blue curaçao, lime, and rum or tequila.

# Ingredients:

01 - 4 oz Mountain Dew Baja Blast, chilled
02 - 1.5 oz white rum or tequila
03 - 0.5 oz fresh lime juice
04 - 0.5 oz blue curaçao
05 - 0.25 oz simple syrup, optional, to taste
06 - Ice cubes for shaking and serving
07 - Lime wedge or maraschino cherry for garnish

# Directions:

01 - Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice.
02 - Add white rum (or tequila), lime juice, blue curaçao, and simple syrup (if using).
03 - Shake for about 10 seconds until the outside of the shaker feels cold.
04 - Strain into a chilled highball glass packed with fresh ice.
05 - Top slowly with Baja Blast and give a gentle stir to swirl the colors.
06 - Garnish with a lime wedge or cherry and serve immediately while fizzy.
