Baked Parmesan Chicken Nuggets Recipe (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1/2 cup butter, melted
02 - 1 teaspoon minced garlic
03 - 1 cup dried breadcrumbs
04 - 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
05 - 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
06 - 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
07 - 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
08 - 1 pinch dried Italian seasoning
09 - 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper

→ Main Ingredient

10 - 2 pounds skinless, boneless chicken breasts or thighs, cut into 1-2 inch pieces

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 450°F with rack in center position.
02 - Pat chicken pieces dry with paper towels to ensure crispy breading.
03 - Mix minced garlic into melted butter in one bowl. In another, combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan, parsley, and seasonings.
04 - Dip chicken pieces in garlic butter, then coat in breadcrumb mixture.
05 - Place on roasting pan with space between pieces. Drizzle with remaining butter. Bake 15 minutes at 450°F until internal temperature reaches 165°F.

01 - Dark roasting pans may brown bottom more
02 - Chicken gets more browned on bottom than top
03 - If butter solidifies on cold chicken, reheat it
