Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish.

Halve the pears and scoop out the cores. Arrange them cut-side up in the prepared baking dish.

Mix the cranberries and chopped walnuts together and spoon the mixture into the center of each pear half.

Drizzle the pears with honey and sprinkle with cinnamon, if using.

Bake uncovered in the preheated oven for 25–30 minutes until the pears are tender.

In the last 5 minutes of baking, top each pear with crumbled blue cheese and return to the oven.

Let the pears cool slightly before serving warm.
