Baked Raspberry Donuts (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Donuts

01 - 1½ cups all-purpose flour
02 - 1 teaspoon baking powder
03 - ½ teaspoon baking soda
04 - ¼ teaspoon salt
05 - 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon (optional)
06 - ¾ cup sugar
07 - 2 large eggs
08 - ½ cup milk
09 - 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
10 - ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
11 - 1 cup fresh or frozen raspberries

→ Glaze

12 - ½ cup powdered sugar
13 - 2 tablespoons fresh raspberries
14 - 1-2 teaspoons milk
15 - ½ teaspoon vanilla extract

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease donut pan. Whisk dry ingredients in medium bowl.
02 - Whisk wet ingredients in large bowl. Gradually mix in dry ingredients. Fold in raspberries.
03 - Fill donut pan ¾ full. Bake 15-20 minutes until golden. Cool 5 minutes in pan.
04 - Puree and strain raspberries. Mix with sugar, vanilla, and milk to desired consistency.
05 - Dip cooled donuts in glaze. Let set 10 minutes.

01 - Can use fresh or frozen raspberries
02 - Don't overmix batter
03 - Adjust glaze thickness with milk
