Baked Ziti (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 pound ziti or penne pasta.
02 - 1 tablespoon olive oil.
03 - 1 pound Italian sausage or ground meat.
04 - 1 large onion, chopped.
05 - 3-4 cloves garlic, chopped.
06 - 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary or basil.
07 - 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning.
08 - 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes.
09 - 4 cups marinara sauce.
10 - 8 ounces mozzarella cheese, shredded.
11 - 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated.
12 - 1 cup ricotta cheese.
13 - Salt and black pepper to taste.

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F.
02 - Cook pasta in salted water until al dente.
03 - Brown meat with olive oil in large pan.
04 - Add onions, cook until translucent.
05 - Add garlic, herbs, seasonings, then sauce.
06 - Layer sauce, ricotta, pasta in 9x13 pan.
07 - Top with remaining cheese.
08 - Bake 20-25 minutes until browned.
09 - Rest 10 minutes before serving.
