Banana Chamomile Tea Smoothie (Print)

A creamy blend of chamomile tea and banana with honey, perfect for a calming breakfast or refreshing afternoon treat.

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup brewed chamomile tea, cooled
02 - 1 large ripe banana
03 - 1 tbsp honey
04 - 1/2 cup milk or plant-based alternative
05 - Ice cubes (optional)
06 - Dried chamomile leaves for garnish (optional)

# Directions:

01 - Brew a cup of chamomile tea using a tea bag or loose chamomile flowers. Steep for 5 minutes, then allow to cool completely.
02 - Peel the banana and break into chunks. Measure out the honey and milk.
03 - In a blender, combine the cooled chamomile tea, banana chunks, honey, and milk. Add ice cubes if desired for a colder consistency.
04 - Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy. Adjust consistency with additional milk if needed.
05 - Pour into a glass and garnish with dried chamomile leaves if desired.
