01 - 
                Brew a cup of chamomile tea using a tea bag or loose chamomile flowers. Steep for 5 minutes, then allow to cool completely.

                Peel the banana and break into chunks. Measure out the honey and milk.

                In a blender, combine the cooled chamomile tea, banana chunks, honey, and milk. Add ice cubes if desired for a colder consistency.

                Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy. Adjust consistency with additional milk if needed.

                Pour into a glass and garnish with dried chamomile leaves if desired.
