Banana Crumble (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Topping

01 - ¼ cup light or dark brown sugar
02 - ¼ cup old fashioned oats
03 - ¼ cup flour
04 - 4 tablespoons cold butter, cut into cubes
05 - ¾ cup pecans, toasted

→ Filling

06 - 2 tablespoons butter
07 - ½ cup light or brown sugar
08 - ¼ cup orange juice
09 - 1 teaspoon cinnamon
10 - ⅛ teaspoon salt
11 - 6 medium size bananas, cut into 1-inch chunks

→ Serving

12 - Vanilla ice cream or whipped topping

# Instructions:

01 - Combine brown sugar, oats, flour and butter in bowl. Work together with fingers until crumbly. Stir in toasted pecans. Refrigerate while making filling.
02 - Melt butter in 10-inch cast iron skillet over low heat. Add brown sugar and stir until dissolved (about 3 minutes). Stir in cinnamon and salt. Add orange juice carefully as it will sizzle. Cook about 1 minute until slightly thickened.
03 - Add banana chunks and toss gently until coated. Spread bananas and sauce evenly in pan.
04 - Remove skillet from stove. Sprinkle topping evenly over bananas. Bake in preheated 350°F oven for 20 minutes until topping is golden brown.
05 - Let cool in pan about 10 minutes before serving with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.
