01 - 1 large banana, frozen or fresh
02 - ½ lemon, rinsed thoroughly, seeds removed
03 - 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, peeled and chopped
04 - ¼ teaspoon ground turmeric
05 - ¾ cup almond milk or other plant-based milk

# Directions:

01 - Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender.
02 - Blend until smooth and creamy. For a thinner consistency, add more milk as needed.
