Mash bananas in medium bowl. Add yeast, warm milk, and melted butter. Stir in flour and salt until sticky dough forms.

Divide dough into 20 equal pieces (about 40g each) on floured surface. Roll each into golf ball-sized balls.

Mix brown sugar, melted butter, and cinnamon in small bowl. Pour over bread pieces and toss to coat.

Grease 10-inch bundt pan. Layer diced bananas and coated bread pieces in thirds. Pour remaining butter mixture on top.
