Healthy Cookies Without Sugar (Print)

Wholesome treats made with ripe bananas, oats and dark chocolate - naturally sweetened and incredibly satisfying.

# Ingredients:

→ Fruits and Sweeteners

01 - 3 ripe bananas, mashed
02 - 1/3 cup unsweetened applesauce
03 - 1/4 cup raisins or nuts
04 - 1 cup dark chocolate chunks

→ Grains and Liquids

05 - 2 cups rolled oats
06 - 1/4 cup almond milk

→ Flavorings

07 - 1 tsp vanilla extract
08 - 1 tsp ground cinnamon

# Directions:

01 - Set your oven to preheat at 177°C (350°F).
02 - In a large mixing bowl, combine the mashed bananas and unsweetened applesauce. Stir until well mixed.
03 - Mix in the vanilla extract and ground cinnamon until evenly distributed.
04 - Add the oats to the banana mixture and stir until fully combined.
05 - Pour the almond milk into the mixture to moisten the oats. Incorporate raisins or nuts and dark chocolate chunks, ensuring even distribution.
06 - Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it to prevent sticking.
07 - Spoon out portions of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet. Flatten slightly with the back of a spoon or your hand.
08 - Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until firm and lightly golden.
09 - Remove the cookies from the oven and let them cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
