# Ingredients:

01 - 1 1/2 pounds boneless skinless chicken thighs, cut into 1-inch cubes
02 - 1 tbsp olive oil
03 - 1 tsp paprika
04 - 1 tsp garlic powder
05 - 1 tsp salt
06 - ½ tsp black pepper

→ Bang Bang Sauce

07 - 1 cup mayonnaise
08 - 1/2 cup sweet chili sauce
09 - 1 tbsp hot sauce (or more to taste)
10 - 2 tbsp honey
11 - 1 tsp salt

# Directions:

01 - Cut boneless skinless chicken thighs into uniform 1-inch cubes for even cooking.
02 - In a large mixing bowl, combine chicken cubes with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Toss until evenly coated. Marinate in refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to enhance flavor.
03 - In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, hot sauce, honey, and salt until well incorporated. Set aside.
04 - Thread marinated chicken cubes onto skewers, leaving small gaps between pieces for even cooking. Avoid overcrowding to allow proper air circulation.
05 - Brush chicken skewers generously with prepared Bang Bang sauce.
06 - Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
07 - Place skewers in preheated air fryer basket in a single layer, ensuring they don't touch. Air fry for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway, until chicken reaches internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
08 - Once cooked, brush skewers with additional Bang Bang sauce.
