02 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
03 - 1 teaspoon salt
04 - ½ teaspoon black pepper
05 - 1 tablespoon garlic powder
06 - 1 teaspoon paprika

→ For the Bang Bang Sauce

07 - ½ cup mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt for a lighter version)
08 - 3 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
09 - 2 tablespoons sriracha (adjust to taste)
10 - 1 tablespoon honey
11 - Juice of 1 lime
12 - 2 green onions, finely chopped

04 - In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, honey, and lime juice until smooth and well combined.
05 - Drizzle the Bang Bang sauce generously over the cooked salmon and garnish with freshly chopped green onions.

# Notes:

01 - Pat the salmon dry before cooking for a perfect sear.
02 - Prepare the Bang Bang sauce while the salmon cooks for optimal timing.
03 - Store leftover salmon in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
