BBQ Bacon Cheese Fries (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 4 large russet potatoes
02 - 2 cups frozen French fries
03 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
04 - 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
05 - ½ cup BBQ sauce
06 - ¼ cup sour cream
07 - 2 tablespoons chopped green onions
08 - 1 teaspoon paprika
09 - ½ teaspoon salt
10 - ½ teaspoon black pepper

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 425°F (220°C).
02 - Spread frozen French fries on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden and crispy.
03 - While fries are baking, cook the bacon until crispy. Drain on paper towels and crumble into pieces.
04 - Once fries are done, transfer them to a large serving platter. Top with shredded cheddar cheese and crumbled bacon.
05 - Drizzle BBQ sauce over the cheese and bacon, then return to the oven for 5 minutes to melt the cheese.
06 - Remove from the oven, drizzle with sour cream, and sprinkle green onions, paprika, salt, and pepper. Serve and enjoy!
