Bean Cheese Burritos (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Bean Mixture

01 - 1 (16-oz) can refried beans
02 - 1/2 cup chunky salsa
03 - 1/4 medium onion, diced
04 - 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
05 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
06 - 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
07 - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

→ Assembly

08 - 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
09 - 1/2 cup shredded monterey jack cheese
10 - 4 (10-inch) flour tortillas

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oven to 375°F. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Combine refried beans, salsa, onions, and seasonings in a bowl. Adjust salt to taste.
03 - Combine shredded cheddar and monterey jack cheeses in a bowl.
04 - Layer 1/4 cup cheese mixture and 1/2 cup bean mixture on each tortilla. Fold the bottom up, sides in, then roll up.
05 - Place burritos on prepared baking sheet and bake for 12 minutes.

# Notes:

01 - Can be toasted in skillet instead of baked
02 - Serve with guacamole, sour cream, and hot sauce
03 - Can use a single type of cheese if preferred
