01 - 1 pound beef stew meat

02 - 2 tablespoons olive oil

04 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder

06 - 1 can (10.5 ounces) French onion soup
07 - 3 cups beef broth

→ Pasta

08 - 340 grams (12 ounces) egg noodles

→ Finishing Touches

09 - ½ cup sour cream
10 - ¼ cup Parmesan cheese
11 - 1 cup French fried onions

# Directions:

01 - In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add beef stew meat and season with onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Sauté for 3-5 minutes until beef is seared on all sides.
02 - Pour in French onion soup and beef broth. Bring to a simmer, then let the beef cook on low for 10 minutes.
03 - Add egg noodles to the pot and continue to simmer for an additional 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until noodles are tender.
04 - Remove the pot from heat. Stir in sour cream and Parmesan cheese until well combined.
05 - Sprinkle with French fried onions before serving.
