Beef Potato Roll (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 4 medium potatoes, grated.
02 - 2 large eggs.
03 - 2½ cups mozzarella cheese, shredded.
04 - Salt and pepper to taste.
05 - 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped.
06 - ½ pound ground beef.
07 - 1 large onion, finely chopped.
08 - 1 clove garlic, minced.
09 - 1 tablespoon tomato paste.
10 - 2 large tomatoes, diced.
11 - ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes.
12 - 1 teaspoon paprika.
13 - ¼ cup tomato sauce.
14 - ½ cup water.
15 - Plain yogurt for serving.

# Instructions:

01 - Mix grated potatoes, eggs, 1 cup cheese, seasonings, and parsley. Spread on parchment with 1 cup cheese underneath.
02 - Cook at 350°F for 25-30 minutes until golden and potatoes are done.
03 - Cook onion and garlic until soft. Add beef and brown. Mix in tomatoes, seasonings, sauce and water. Simmer 15 minutes.
04 - Spread meat over potato base, top with remaining cheese. Roll carefully into log shape.
05 - Bake 15 minutes more until heated through. Rest 5-10 minutes before slicing.

01 - Press potatoes firmly for stable base.
02 - Let cool slightly before rolling.
03 - Rest before slicing for neat portions.
