Beef and Rotini in Garlic Parmesan Sauce (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 1 pound ground beef
02 - 12 ounces rotini pasta
03 - 4 cloves garlic, minced

→ Sauce

04 - 1 cup heavy cream
05 - 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
06 - 1 tablespoon butter
07 - 1 tablespoon olive oil

→ Seasonings & Garnish

08 - 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
09 - 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
10 - Salt and black pepper to taste
11 - Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish

# Instructions:

01 - Cook rotini according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
02 - Heat oil and butter in large skillet. Cook ground beef until browned, 6-8 minutes.
03 - Add minced garlic and cook 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
04 - Add cream and Parmesan, cook until cheese melts and sauce thickens, 3-5 minutes. Season with herbs and spices.
05 - Add cooked pasta to skillet, toss to coat with sauce. Garnish with parsley and serve hot.

01 - Can add more Parmesan for richer sauce
02 - Adjust red pepper flakes for spice level
