Best Steak Marinade Ever (Print)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1/2 cup olive oil
02 - 1/3 cup soy sauce
03 - 1/3 cup fresh lemon juice
04 - 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
05 - 3 tablespoons dried basil
06 - 1 1/2 tablespoons garlic powder
07 - 1 1/2 tablespoons dried parsley flakes
08 - 1 teaspoon ground white pepper
09 - 1 teaspoon dried minced garlic
10 - 1/4 teaspoon hot pepper sauce

# Directions:

01 - Place olive oil, soy sauce, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, basil, garlic powder, parsley, white pepper, minced garlic, and hot pepper sauce in a blender; blend on high speed until thoroughly combined, about 30 seconds.
02 - Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days or use to marinate steak before cooking.
03 - Pour marinade into a resealable plastic bag. Add steak, coat with marinade, squeeze out excess air, and seal. Marinate in the refrigerator for up to 8 hours.
04 - Remove steak from the marinade and shake off excess. Discard the remaining marinade. Cook or grill steaks to desired doneness. Serve with a wedge salad for a complete meal.
