# Ingredients:

→ Biscuit Crust

01 - 1 can (8-count) refrigerated biscuit dough
02 - 1 tablespoon melted butter for brushing

→ Sausage Gravy

03 - 1 pound breakfast sausage, crumbled
04 - ¼ cup all-purpose flour
05 - 2 cups milk
06 - ½ teaspoon salt, or to taste
07 - ¼ teaspoon black pepper
08 - ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
09 - ¼ teaspoon onion powder
10 - Pinch of red pepper flakes (optional)

→ Toppings

11 - 4 large eggs, scrambled
12 - 1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese (or blend of cheddar and mozzarella)
13 - Fresh parsley, for garnish (optional)

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a round pizza pan or baking sheet.
02 - Flatten biscuit dough and arrange in circle to form crust. Pinch edges to create border. Brush with melted butter.
03 - Bake 10-12 minutes until golden. Remove from oven and set aside.
04 - Cook sausage in skillet over medium heat until browned. Sprinkle flour over sausage and stir to combine.
05 - Gradually add milk, whisking constantly. Add seasonings. Simmer 5-7 minutes until thickened.
06 - Scramble eggs in separate pan until just set but still slightly soft.
07 - Spread sausage gravy over cooled crust. Top with scrambled eggs and sprinkle with cheese.
08 - Bake 5-7 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
09 - Garnish with fresh parsley if desired. Slice into wedges and serve hot.
