Bisquick Banana Bread (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 3 large ripe bananas, mashed (about 1⅓ cups)
02 - ⅔ cup (133g) granulated sugar
03 - ¼ cup (61g) whole milk
04 - ¼ cup (54.5g) vegetable oil
05 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
06 - 2 large eggs, room temperature
07 - 2⅔ cups homemade Bisquick

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray 9x5-inch loaf pan with nonstick cooking spray.
02 - In a large bowl, combine bananas, sugar, milk, oil, vanilla, and eggs. Stir in homemade Bisquick until just combined.
03 - Pour batter into prepared pan. Bake 63-65 minutes until toothpick inserted in center comes out with few crumbs but no wet batter.
04 - Allow bread to cool completely, about 2 hours, before slicing and serving.
