Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray 9x5-inch loaf pan with nonstick cooking spray.

In a large bowl, combine bananas, sugar, milk, oil, vanilla, and eggs. Stir in homemade Bisquick until just combined.

Pour batter into prepared pan. Bake 63-65 minutes until toothpick inserted in center comes out with few crumbs but no wet batter.

Allow bread to cool completely, about 2 hours, before slicing and serving.
