Simple Bisquick sausage balls with cheddar cheese and your choice of sausage.

# Ingredients:

01 - 3 cups Bisquick baking mix
02 - 1 pound ground pork sausage (use spicy for added flavor)
03 - 16 ounces shredded cheddar cheese
04 - 1/2 cup milk (optional, for fluffier texture)

# Directions:

01 - Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
02 - In a large bowl, combine Bisquick, sausage, shredded cheddar cheese, and milk (if using). Mix well using hands until fully combined.
03 - Shape the mixture into balls (approximately 2-3 tablespoons each).
04 - Place sausage balls on a large baking sheet. Bake for 23-25 minutes, or until golden brown.
05 - Remove from the oven and let the sausage balls cool slightly before serving.
