Easy Blackberry Goat Cheese Twists (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 10 oz. frozen or fresh blackberries
02 - 4 tbsp. honey
03 - 2 tbsp. flour
04 - 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
05 - 1 sheet frozen puff pastry, thawed
06 - 4 oz. goat cheese, softened
07 - 3 tbsp. granulated cane sugar
08 - 1 egg, beaten

# Instructions:

01 - Combine blackberries, honey, cinnamon, and flour in a saucepan. Boil then simmer for 10 minutes until thick. Cool to room temperature.
02 - Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking pan with parchment paper.
03 - Combine 1 cup blackberry jam with softened goat cheese until well mixed.
04 - Spread mixture on puff pastry, fold lengthwise, and cut into ½-inch strips. Twist each strip.
05 - Place twists on baking pan, brush with beaten egg, and sprinkle with sugar.
06 - Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and flaky.
