Melt white chocolate in double boiler or microwave until smooth, let cool slightly.

Combine cream cheese, cake mix and blue curacao until smooth. Add food coloring if using.

Gradually stir melted chocolate into cream cheese mixture until well combined.

Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours until firm.

Scoop and roll into balls, place on lined tray.

Dip each ball in melted white chocolate, let excess drip off.

Sprinkle with blue sugar or glitter while chocolate is wet.
