Blue Curacao Truffles (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 8 oz white chocolate, chopped.
02 - 4 oz cream cheese, softened.
03 - 1 cup white cake mix.
04 - 2 tablespoons blue curacao liqueur.
05 - Blue gel food coloring (optional).
06 - Blue sanding sugar or edible glitter (optional).

# Instructions:

01 - Melt white chocolate in double boiler or microwave until smooth, let cool slightly.
02 - Combine cream cheese, cake mix and blue curacao until smooth. Add food coloring if using.
03 - Gradually stir melted chocolate into cream cheese mixture until well combined.
04 - Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours until firm.
05 - Scoop and roll into balls, place on lined tray.
06 - Dip each ball in melted white chocolate, let excess drip off.
07 - Sprinkle with blue sugar or glitter while chocolate is wet.

01 - Can make alcohol-free version.
02 - Must chill before shaping.
03 - Can be frozen undecorated.
