Blueberry Cheesecake Rolls (Print)

Flaky crescent rolls filled with sweet cream cheese and fresh blueberries, baked until golden and bubbling.

# Ingredients:

→ Filling

01 - 85g cream cheese, softened
02 - 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
03 - 2 1/2 tablespoons powdered sugar
04 - 160g fresh blueberries

→ Dough

05 - 1 tube (227g) crescent roll dough

# Directions:

01 - Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, vanilla extract, and powdered sugar until smooth and well incorporated.
03 - Unroll the crescent dough and separate into triangles along perforations.
04 - Spread an even layer of cream cheese mixture on each triangle, then sprinkle blueberries across the surface.
05 - Starting from the wider end of each triangle, roll the dough toward the pointed end to form crescent shapes.
06 - Arrange rolls on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 10-13 minutes until golden brown and fully cooked.
07 - Allow rolls to cool slightly before serving to let the filling set.
