Heat oven to 350°F. Spray 24-cup mini muffin pan with cooking spray.

Whisk flour, sugar, baking powder and salt in large bowl.

Whisk melted butter, egg, vanilla and yogurt in small bowl. Add to flour mixture and stir well. Fold in blueberries.

Scoop batter into muffin cups, filling each almost full.

Bake 15 minutes until light brown on top.

Mix powdered sugar, milk and blueberry jam until smooth.

Dip each fritter top in glaze, place on parchment-lined baking sheet.

Broil 3-4 minutes, rotating pan, until tops crisp and brown. Brush with remaining glaze.
