Blueberry Muffin Bread (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup sugar.
02 - 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened.
03 - 1/2 teaspoon salt.
04 - 2 eggs.
05 - 1 tablespoon vanilla extract.
06 - 1 cup milk.
07 - 2 cups flour.
08 - 2 teaspoons baking powder.
09 - 2 cups blueberries, fresh or frozen.
10 - 1 tablespoon coarse sugar for topping.

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oven to 350°F. Grease 9-inch loaf pan with baking spray.
02 - Cream together sugar and butter in medium bowl.
03 - Mix in eggs, vanilla extract and milk.
04 - Stir in flour, salt and baking powder until combined.
05 - Gently fold in blueberries.
06 - Pour into pan, sprinkle with coarse sugar.
07 - Bake 65-75 minutes for large loaf, 30-40 for mini loaves.

01 - Fresh or frozen berries work.
02 - Cool before removing from pan.
03 - Can make as mini loaves.
